Sorry I haven't posted in so long!! 

I've been either super busy or catching up on sleep all summer, so I'm finally getting everything together before we start this school year. 

Recently I did a photo shoot for my friend Eleanor. She designs amazing clothes and I was really excited to take some pictures that showcase them.

Here are some of my favorites (keep in mind that every article of clothing that you see her wearing in these pictures were created by her).

Hi everyone!

I've been a really awful blogger. :(
A lot of school stuff has been going on, and homework pretty much consumes my life right now.
We're almost done though (something like 13 school days left!) and then it's just a couple of painful exam weeks. After that, I'm free (in a way) for summer. I've got some fun things planned for the summer, so I'm so excited for that. Our high school photo show is this week, and I've printed a few pictures for that, so that's all pretty exciting. I wanted to share a couple of pictures that I took of Cindy (my dog) a couple of weeks ago that I'm really proud of. I hope you like them, and I promise that I'll post again soon!

About 2 months ago, my photography class took pictures of dancers during the school day.

                 This one is of a student dancer, and was DEFINITELY manipulated in photoshop. :)

                     This one is of two people from an African dance crew. They were REALLY energetic.

I took some photos a couple of weekends ago for my photography class that had to have limited light.
I took pictures mostly of my friend, Eleanor and attempted to do glow stick writing.

A couple of months ago, my brother and I were sitting around and I convinced him that we should do a spontaneous photo shoot. Here was the plan:

1. We fill a colorful mug with water.
2. Ezra drops things into into the mug while I take pictures on a really high shutter speed.

Hey again to whoever reads this!

So a few months ago, I was assigned a portrait project for my digital photography class. I asked my friend, Hannah to model for me because she is (as you can see) incredibly pretty, a great model, and understands photography really well. These are the best shots from that photo shoot.

Ezzy! (Brother)

 This is one of the (probable) thousands of pictures that I've taken of my brother. He's almost 12, his birthday is only 4 days before mine (I'm 3 years older.) I love this picture. I think it kind of describes him and a lot of kids his age. Just dreamin'. I love this picture. I'm glad he puts up with all of my spontaneous photo shoots. If anyone has anything to say about this picture, feel free to comment.

To anyone who's reading, thank you! This is just going to be a place where I post some of my photos. I'm extremely interested in photography and want to take pictures forever. I know that there's still so much for me to learn in the future and I'm looking forward to it. I love spontaneous photo shoots and spend a lot of time taking pictures of my friends. In the future, I think that I will definitely be doing some portrait work with some of them. So, with their permission I'll probably post a lot of pictures of them. I'm really excited to get started with other posts and I hope that I'll get feedback! Please don't leave any negative feedback, but constructive criticism is always welcome. P.S. The title is "through this lill' lens" because my name is Lillian, but a lot of people call me Lill. So it's like "through this little lens" = "through lil' lens" = "through this lill' lens". Hopefully that's the only time I'll ever explain it. Yes, it's a little silly, but so am I. :)
